Interview AS-HV: A review of the cooperation of the last 2 years

1. Can you briefly explain the work/tasks of your commercial agency?

We act as a regional representative of manufacturers of laboratory equipment. As a commercial agency, we provide customer-oriented advice and work with customers to develop needs-based solutions for their area of application.

2. For which customer area is your sales agency responsible?

NRW, Niedersachen, Hamburg, Bremen & Schleswig-Holstein

3. Why is SYSTAG interesting for you as a partner?

SYSTAG fits into the core competence of our consulting structure, as we offer many products around their solutions, which makes it easy to integrate SYSTAG.
Furthermore, the product portfolio fits well into the clientele we already serve.
The quality standards of SYSTAG products correspond to our standards and the flexibility of the products fits very well with our sales concept.

4. How would you describe the cooperation with SYSTAG?

a. Have you been able to gain new business areas, if so which ones?

We were able to gain laboratory automation through SYSTAG, as well as synthesis as a core competence.

b. What have been the most important projects in the cooperation so far?

Bayer Crop Science, Bayer Pharma, BYK Chemie & Uni Kiel.

c. Are there any goals that you would like to pursue together in the future?

Establish SYSTAG as a competent partner in the field of laboratory automation in our area and promote networking with our other products.
